Account Detail

The Account Screen contains all the information for an account.  It consists of seven tabs listed below.below Only the General tab is described in detail here. The others havewith links to their correspondingeach page.

• General: General information such as address, property management company and authorized callers.
• Rules: Contains the parking rules that we patrol for if it's a patrol account. Also has miscellaneous notes related to the account.
• Addresses: These are the ICC eRelocator addresses associated with the account. These are the only addresses we can use for a towed vehicle. This section also has the email addresses that invoices are sent to when required. 
• Visitors: The settings for visitor calls for those accounts that require visitor to call us and register their vehicles for overnight parking,
• Voided: This tab is used to view and edit voided passes and stickers for an account.
• Extended Stay: The rules for those accounts where we keep track of vehicles parked in guest parking.
