Side Navigation Menu

The Side Navigation Menu is used to navigate between the various screens in TRIP.

Accounts
Opens the Accounts screen where you can browsebrowse, add, and edit accounts.account records.
DNT
Opens the Do Not Tow screenscreen, whereallowing you canto search for vehicles currently on the list and enteradd new do-not-tows.entries.
Prop Mgmt
Opens the Property Management screen where you can browseview, add, and editupdate Propertyproperty Managementmanagement entries.company records.
On Hold
OpensDisplays the On Hold screen which showsshowing all accounts thatcurrently marked as on hold, meaning they are on hold (i.e. accounts we are temporarily not patrolling).being actively patrolled.
On Prop
Opens the On Property screen towhere you can view and add on-properties.
Signs
Open the Signs screen to view and edit sign orders.
Tow On Sight

Opens the Tow On Sight screen to manage vehicles that are approved for immediate towing without additional notice.
Tow Req

Opens the Tow Requests screen where you can create, view, and manage requests for vehicle tows requested by properties.
Truck Assign

Opens the Truck Assignment screen where you can assign specific tow trucks to drivers or change existing assignments.
Send Form

Opens the Send Form screen which allows you to email common forms.
Police Depts
Opens the Police Departments screen where you can view and manage information about police departments, including phone and fax numbers.
Reports
Opens the Reports section, providing access to various system reports such as tow history and account lists
Admin
Opens the Admin panel where administrative users can manage high-level system settings and configurations.
Manager
Opens the Manager screen where managers can perform various tasks.
Employees
Opens a screen showing current employees with their phone numbers and email addresses.
Veh Processing
Opens the Vehicle Processing screen where you can view and manage the processing status of towed vehicles.
Settings
Opens the Settings screen to configure system options, preferences, and defaults for the application.
Log Out
Logs the current user out of the system and returns to the login screen.
Exit
Closes the application completely.
