Search by Name

This allows you to locate an account by name rather than phone number. Select Search By Name from the Visitor Call-Ins Menu.

Type in the name (or partial name) and press Enter. A list of matching records will be shown.

Clicking on the appropriate visitor account will bring up the Visitor Vehicles Screen for that account. You can then proceed as normal.
