DEP sync fails “Your organization is yet to accept the latest terms and conditions”

A. Login to Apple Business Manager. There should be a pop-up allowing you to accept the terms and conditions.

B. If there is no pop-up, try renewing certificate:

Step 1: Download the new Token from Apple Business Manager

1. Log in to your Apple Business Manager (ABM) account.
2. Tap your name at the bottom-left corner and select Preferences.
3. Under Your MDM Servers, select the Hexnode server and click Download Token.

Step 2: Upload the Token to Hexnode

1. In your Hexnode console, go to Admin > Apple Business/School Manager > Automated Device Enrollment > Accounts.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the server name.
3. On the Edit ADE Account page, click Choose file next to Upload Token and select the token you just downloaded.
4. Click Save.
