Re-Enroll Device

Settings->General->Transfer or Reset Reset->iPad Erase All Content and Settings
Continue
Enter Passcode
Keep eSIM and Erase Data

iPad will erase and reboot

Select English
Select United States
Set Up Manually

Select Wi-Fi network and enter wi-fi password, then Join

A screen saying "Retrieving Configuration" should be shown, followed by a "Remote Management" screen
Click on "Next" in upper right

On the next screen, tick the "I have read and agree..." box and tap "Enroll"

Open Hexnode MDM app. Several dialogs will pop-up. Wait until they're done popping up before pressing anything.
